Subject: kmail crashs system on large messages
From: jhittner@vindigo.com

Package: kmail
Version: KDE 2.1.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: from RPM
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: 512 Meg ram 2 800Mhz PIII cpus running SuSE 7.0

When recieving messages with large amounts of text (not attachment) kmail eats all \
system recources and quickly locks the entire system. The messages must be removed \
by hand in order to start kmail again without locking the system. This happens if \
there is more then 35megs of text in the email message.
