I upated kdelibs last night from the main CVS.

I'm now also not sure, if it is really setCharset or that it is because we 
feed khtml with unicode and not with any 8-Bit encoding like probably 
Konqueror.

I used kdelibs from KDE 2.0 until then, but some users bothered me :-)
