Hmm, this makes dcop (the shell client) depend on libkdecore. Besides that
I believe it is impossible to implement (compile first libdcop, then kdecore
 and then back to the dcop client) I do not think it is a good idea
 dependency wise. So I guess the "solution" would be to move thge dcop shell
 client out of the dcop subdir and into somewhere else. Not sure if that's
 the way to go.
