Package: kmail
Version: 1.1.99 (KDE 2.0)
Severity: normal
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux 2.2.16 i686 (compiled sources)

Hello,

i have problems connecting to my pop3-mailbox hosted on a
windows-server. when kmail tries to log on, an errror-box occurs
saying:

--
Could not log in to pop3.ngate.de

I said:

"PASS <your password"

And then the server said:

"-ERR Unknown message"

--

as you can see my pop-server is pop3.ngate.de. using kmail
from KDE 1.1.2. it worked fine for month.

any ideas ?

regards

georg
