Hello,

After trying to print my 100th message of the day I suddenly realized what a 
pain this is. (Also I realized that there must not be any US developers 
working on kmail :-) ). Is there any way that we could save the paper size 
once it is selected? Scrolling down from A4 to US Letter is a real pain every 
time we need to make a selection.
