linecount == 0 retrieves all of the headers and none of the bodies.

Yes, but only for large messages where the size of the header is not 
significant compared to the size of the body.

Many people ask for this feature to be implemented, especially people in 
countries where dial up access is expensive.

The main problem is designing the best ui for deleting mail off the server, 
or retrieving the entire body. I guess it can be done with a couple of new 
menu items.
