I don't have i18n stuff installed, maybe the attached patch can fix it?
Can someone test it? I downloaded the de directory of kde-i18n, but 
there's no ./configure (neither in kde-i18n), so how can I install the 
language?

I consider this correct, everythings that's a header is "English", i.e. 
it's written as it can be found in every mail (Subject, From, To, 
Cc,Organization), everything else is translated.
