After configuring the toolbar (adding a blank line), the toolbar is 
duplicated:
you keep your old (before configuration) toolbar together with a newly 
configured one.
After 5 configuration changes you have 5 toolbars, and no direct way of 
getting rid of 'em.

I'm using yesterday's cvsup (there doesn't seem to be a newer available).
