Yes, the mime type is sometimes wrong, especially when attaching source
files. But I often give a description to the files, only because it
makes the file looking better when displayed as an icon after receiving
mails with kmail.

IMO, a click onto OK for each file isn't too much, if one doesn't want
to change anything. But I could live with the RMB solution as well.
