I have written my own address book and will integrate this. I don't have
anything against kab being integrated in addition to this, I'm just not that
motivated to d it.

Ok, I should take a look. I'm hoping you'll have more free time in the future
to devote to KMail. 

I plan to write some high level documentation (of the code) for KMail in the
not to distant future, hopefully that will make it easier to see what I've done
and why I've done it.

Right, I see. I think I'll treat that as a feature rather than a bug. (I'm
giving bugs a higher priority).
