And for me, it currently takes 30 seconds just to get an SMTP prompt
when telnetting to the mail server on port 25....so you can see that
(even with ISDN here) it can take a couple minutes to send several
messages... :-( My boss is working on a new mail server (more
powerful processor and more RAM) but that's probably several weeks
down the road. In any event, even if the new mail server helps
things, if you're sending out a BUNCH of messages (KMail is currently
set to store outgoing messages until the next mail check, etc) it
could take 5-10 minutes to deliver all the mail... NOT fun!!!
