I found the problem. The problem was that an e-mail address had a 
missing '>'. The SMTP server rejected the messages. This should cause a 
messagebox to appear but because this whole qtMessageHandling stuff is 
severly messed up it doesn't. So the solution would be that KMail 
should use a messagebox directly instead of these "warning" calls.
