No, I don't think it's size related.  I've being setting the custom folder icons on \
my folders and watching them change back to the defaults when the settings are lost.  \
I've attached a picture of my last folder reset.  All the blue folder icons are the \
ones that lost their settings - some of them had less than a hundred and I've seen \
this happen with empty folders to.  This is with SVN 3.5 branch as of yesterday \
