Reproduce this bug as follows:

Create a filter.  Set action to "move into folder".  Select a folder.  Click OK to \
save the filter.

Now... remove or move the folder.

The folder doesn't exist now, but if you select the filter from the list on the \
right, the textfield that the folder should go into doesn't update - it keeps the \
value that the previous filter had.

Proposed fix:  Blank out the field before populating it on changing from one filter \
to another.
