Reproduce this bug as follows:

Create a filter.  Set action to "move into folder".  Select a folder.  Click OK to save the filter.

Now... remove or move the folder.

The folder doesn't exist now, but if you select the filter from the list on the right, the textfield that the folder should go into doesn't update - it keeps the value that the previous filter had.

Proposed fix:  Blank out the field before populating it on changing from one filter to another.
