Yes, it used to be possible. I've since removed it and will likely be giving 
half a talk as to the problems that led to that decision in Malaga. ;) I hope 
to one day rewrite the resource in such a way that it is independent of 
KMail.

I was under the impression that it is impossible to select an online imap 
account as the parent of the resource folders. If not, that's indeed a bug.
