Make it so, I guess. I choose refresh since the shortcut is also F5 and I 
wanted to be consistent with konqui and friends, but the argument that the 
same icon twice is bad convinces me. Even better would be to find a new icon 
for "refresh folder list", imho, though I have not the faintest what that 
could be.
