Summary: Nothing happens trying to send OpenPGP/MIME message to
recipient who only accepts Inline GPG
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: encryption
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: gschintgen internet lu

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

The recipient of my e-mail can only accept inline GPG messages. This is correctly \
configured in the address book. My identity is set to prefer OpenPGP/MIME. With these \
settings, when I open the Composer the message format is set to the MIME variant. \
This is, of course, the correct behaviour. But when I want to send a signed mail \
nothing happens (except that the composer window becomes gray for a few milliseconds \
and is then redrawn). I suspect that KMail checks the Composer setting against the \
recipient setting and notices the conflict. But no warning or error message or \
whatever appears. When I manually change the format to inline it works just fine.
