decodes v-card drops in KMLineEdit

Works for me, but doesn't check if drop really is a vcard _and_
disables all other drops. So no drag'n'drop from anywhere except kaddressbook
anymore ;-)
Sorry, but did't know how to use canDecode(). This is my first patch for kmail.

Any hints how to make this better would be very nice.
