You can already do this. As Thiago pointed out there's no way to detect whether \
you've received a message as BCC other than to test for  <recipients> <doesn't \
contain> <your email address> And as filter action you use
  Add Header  BCC  <your email address>

Note that you have to put this filter behind all filters which take care of \
mailing-lists (in case you are subscribed to any). \
