I'm not sure if that makes sense for KMail now: I guess nobody is busy 
translating the KMail documentation now, because it's not up-to-date for 
KDE 3.2 anyway. Can't we somehow declare the KMail docs  as "don't 
translate yet, not ready"? Then we could use CVS HEAD, which would make 
things a bit easier for everyone (and maybe I can also help a bit then). 
Lauri, any comments?

BTW, I suggest we start by updating the FAQ, as this is the part that 
people are most likely to read. Please check out 
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&m=106736932413253&w=2
and post to this list if somethings needs to be added/updated/deleted.
