KMail (and KNode, so probably all of kdepim) doesn't use the standard search/replace \
dialogs provided by kdelibs/kutils. This is inconsistent at least. Moreover the \
dialog in KMail is quite bad - I for example cannot do multiple text replacing just \
by entering old and new text, and repeatedly hitting Enter. \
