Summary: Two question marks (?) appear between From and To in the
header, three appear after header before body and seven
appear after body. I think this only started recently
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.3.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
        ReportedBy: bvsmith@lbl.gov

Version: 1.3.2 (using KDE 2.2.2)
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-98)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.9-31

Question marks are appearing between "From" and "To" in message header, and more in \
the body. After cutting and pasting an email into this description area I see that \
they are not ISO8859-1 chars at all. Example:

Your bugs.kde.org password.
Date: 12 Jun 2003 17:28:40 -0000
From: owner@bugs.kde.orgã ± ¢Ã§ ¾To: bvsmith@lbl.gov

ã ° ¯Ã¦ ¯Ã¦ ¹Ã£ ¸ ¼Ã¢ ½ ¨Ã§ Ã¦ ° ¾

Why are these appearing and how do I get rid of them? I tried changing message \
encoding but they always appear as question marks. Every message has these. The \
actual mail files (e.g. ~/Mail/inbox) don't have them.

Thanks.
