Question marks are appearing between "From" and "To" in message header, and more in the body. After cutting and pasting an email into
this description area I see that they are not ISO8859-1 chars at all.

Why are these appearing and how do I get rid of them?  I tried changing message encoding but they always appear as question marks.
Every message has these.  The actual mail files (e.g. ~/Mail/inbox) don't have them.
