I noticed this behaviour some time ago, itīs specific to the cyrus server.
The server doesnīt report all folders to kmail but they do appear in e.g.
mozilla as mozilla uses a different way to retrieve the folderlisting. I
think this is a bug in the cyrus server as kmail behaves correctly
(compared to RFC 2060). Perhaps there is way to be more flexible but I
didnīt invest more time in this yet.
