Yes, I noticed the related solution on the kde-cvs mailing list.
I am afraid it is not feasible for me to compile from cvs, never done it and I 
also do not have the computer for it (PII-233).

But I am in the habit of testing all my bug-reports as soon as I upgrade to a
new version, however this might take awhile. 
Perhaps in a month or so when I buy a new pc I will give compiling from cvs a 
try... Or else I will test when Mandrake will upgrade the Cooker with the 
first alpha of kde 3.2 becomes available.
