Changing the sort type and toggling threading on/off. And probably 
some exceptional conditions like a corrupted index file.

I'm running with the enhanced threading patch here and to be honest 
I'm having trouble finding a problem. I can't get the mails to 
scatter anymore because subject based threading is forching the mails 
to be grouped correctly.
