Out of interest in what cases is the list resorted?
I assume mail additions do incremental inplace inserts
rather than a resort, so the only resort criteria I hope
are a change of sort type?, its expected that this would
reorder the threads I think. In mutt I had just done a 
folder sync (i.e, save changes to maildir) and this caused
the thread to "scatter". Amazingly annoying. Would be 
"most excellent" if kmail solved this problem.
