While KMail seems to observe .mailboxlist on the IMAP server, it has no graphical \
frontend with which the user can subscribe to new IMAP folders.

This is a requisite feature for IMAP users who have no console or other access to \
their IMAP server. Currently the only means of subscribing to an IMAP folder is to \
launch another client such as Mozilla Mail & News, and use it to subscribe. \
