If you delete after kmsender::send() returns false, you will in some 
cases delete a message that was added to a folder (outbox) already.
Not sure how bad that is.

If you don't delete after !kmsender::send(), you will leak a kmmessage 
whenever the message was not added to outbox.

Conclusion: split ::send() into ::addToOutbox() and ::sendOutbox() ;-)
(sendOutbox is already there: sendQueued()).
