If you use the output of an external file as your signature, kamil creates an \
unnecessary empty line below the output of the script in the mail. The output of the \
script itself doesn't contain an empty line (if it does contain an empty line at the \
end, two empty lines appear in the mail). kmail doesn't append an empty line if you \
put your signature into the "input field below". I don't know what causes this empty \
line, but it's IMHO not necessary and just makes the message one line longer. \
