I have now tested IMAP support some on my test account on the kolab
server. It looks like the disconnected imap patch doesn't break IMAP
stuff.

Can I commit the big disconnected IMAP patch to HEAD with the warning that
I can't completely guarantee that I might have introduced a bug or two to
normal IMAP support? My best guess is that there are no new instabilities
in IMAP with this patch, but it is 110kb so I can't be certain.
Fortunately most of the changes here are due to new files. I patched all
existing files by hand to be as certain as possible that I didn't do
anything bad to IMAP - and because there are more features hidden in the
kroupware_branch files and I don't want more than one new feature at a
time.

The reason for me asking this is that I have to stop most coding for the
weekend and I would like to let Stephan and Marc continue their merging.

Bo.
