well, i'm already done as much as i'm probably going to do for now ... 

and i'm always wary of "ah, but it'll be gone soon" arguments. i've seen 
things stick around in projects far longer than expected ;-) may as well make 
them not completely fugly..

agreed. however many of those settings seem to be unique (read: detailed) to 
what they added. we may yet find need for those widget layouts. =)
