I read email with POP both at home and at work. To keep synchronized, I copy the file
'inbox' every time I go from home to work and vice versa. On both locations I have \
'Compactable=true' and 'consistent=true' in the kmailrc (and the kmailrc on read \
only, because kmail keeps changing the settings). But wherever and however I delete \
messages (and click File->compact), the deleted messages stay in the inbox and appear \
again after a few days. This is frustrating, to say the least.
