This is not true, there is no message at all. This is also what I still prefer
for the folders. The user usually still remembers that he deleted the folder
with a different client.

There are also quite some ERR_CANNOT_ENTER_DIRECTORY for a failing SELECT.

A failing SELECT does not neccesarily mean that the folder does not exist. It
could also be that the mailbox is locked in which case the mailbox should
however be opened read only or that the user doesn't have access to read the
contents of the mailbox.

Besides that I consider it a bad design to assume always that a folder does
not exist if _any_ action returns for example ERR_DOES_NOT_EXIST. If someone
changes or adds someting to the kio slave and doesn't know that it can easily
happen and this message suddenly means that for example just a message does
not exist but the folder does.

I think this refreshing should only happen when manually selecting a not
existing folder but not in any other case.
