Update kdelibs/kdeui/kaction.cpp. There was a bug there that led to 
actions always being activated twice for each click.

When I press '+' (Go to next unread) in threaded list of emails and I have two email \
in one thread (parent and child - unread both) , selection is moved to child, parent \
is ignored, but parent message was marked  as read and unread folder counter \
decrease. This bug is only last KMail CVS snapshot.
