Actually, looking at the bug reports Marc has been filing, it is more correct 
to say that the AEGYPTEN branch has landed *on* it's HEAD ;-)

After doing the make -f Makefile.cvs; ./configure; just cd to the kmail 
subdir, and run make && make install there.
