Partition has over 1 gigabyte available.

and it is still doing it. I have been using Kmail for several months
and then suddenly everything went strange.

I have found that Kmail installs through KDENETWORK package. Am I
correct?
If I were to uninstall KDE 2.2.2-2 ( I think I'm using -2 since I was
told by Kpackage that 2.2.2-1 had a newer verison installed.) will I
lose my message folders and parameters that are already in place.

I am now able to retrieve only one message at a time - get the full
message - click ok and 1 new email registers. Have to repeat this
cycle everytime.

I had one very large folder which I exported ( 4.1 meg to text ) and
then deleted every message in the folder.

This did not cure any problems.

I installed KDE through the Redhat 7.2, Now it appears that if I want
to install kde I have to install around 47 packages. Do I correctly
understand that ?! It was a simple install KDE when I did the 7.2
installation.

There is no universal package available to install the works of KDE.
Right?

To my knowledge I don't have a size restriction on any partition. I
seem to recall reading somewhere ( in all those books on Linux ) that
it is possible to set a limit. If free space drops below this point
sort of thing. Is there such a control and where ( if true ) would I
find this parameter so I can change it.

Thanx.
