Newsgroup subscriptions work slightly different than IMAP folders. For example 
IMAP folders don't have a description and you probably also don't need a 
search functionality.
Also it's not only the GUI that is needed.
Anyway I currently can't really tell you how much of this dialog can be 
reused.
