Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.10-4GB
OS/Compiler notes: 

How to reproduce:
create a folder, create a filter which refers to this folder ("move to")
move the folder into another folder
=> the filter gets invalid

Expected behaviour:
whenever moving a folder it should be checked if any filter refers to this folder and \
the filters should be updated.
