Remnants of the old code, I guess. I will get rid of the last known filter 
issues for 3.1.

Actually, I had in mind to cache the target of a move action instead of 
executing the move directly and let the filter manager do the actual move at 
the end of the message processing. This would also make multiple moves 
possible without multiple copying.
