IMO the search strings should better be configurable. Something like
the selection criteria in the filters dialog. People are not only sending
attachments to mailing lists. And for those other mails we cannot
assume, that the language is English. Also, Marc's "[PATCH]"
assumption is only valid for mailing lists.

Actually, this is a very special case of a filter applied to all *outbound*
mails. It checks for certain conditions (keywords and missing attachment)
and performs an action (popup a dialog).

Just an afterthought for the distant future:
Think of data sources, data sinks and streams connecting them. This
represents the KMail data streams. It would be nice to have a way to
insert filters *into* those streams that perform certain actions based
on certain conditions. Lots of things could then easily be implemented
as "filters" (which in turn could be implemented as plugins).
