No. Right now, filters that involve folders are offering a popup with 
available folders only. If the combobox would become a dropdown lineedit, 
then a user could add his _new_  folder by introducing a new name. 

Unfortunately, folder names in that combo box aren't listed very intuitively. 
Subfolders are differentiated from the parent only with some white space. But 
this is only a minimal nuisance.
