Then why do we constantly get complaints that using KMail without a 
mouse should be improved? Even if KMail is a GUI mail client this 
doesn't mean that you mustn't use keys instead of the mouse.

Sorry, but that's complete BS. Of course we have a GUI representation 
for this. It can be found in the Message menu. GUI programs don't need 
icons for every feature. Only the most common features should also be 
represented by an icon. For all other features it's enough to list them 
in the (pull down) menus (and maybe some context menus) especially if 
we lack a good icon for this feature.

BTW, we should probably add Reply to List to the message header context 
menu whenever the folder holds a mailing list.

Furthermore "Reply List" should IMO be changed to "Reply to List" (or 
"Reply To List" or "Reply to list"). "Reply List" sounds weird.
