For anything beyond a normal "reply" I use "reply all" and throw out those 
addresses that I don't want. 

That guy who wrote this reply-to-harmfull paper sounds like he has found the 
faith in his newly discovered no-reply-to religion. Amen to him, brother. But 
I don't buy it.
