Subject:    Bug#32028: KMail Print fonts too large

As an adjunct to this original bug report I should point out that those
people with sight deficiency who need large type on the screen probably
don't want the hard copy output of the message to be in the same large font
as the display.

We have such a user here who is giving me a right earful of abuse because
I've not "fixed the printing to big problem" with her e-mail and she won't
take the explanation that "that's the way it is."

I must admit that linking printing font size to printing font size to be
a little silly with dubious benefit (other than simplification of the code).
