This is an issue since Ägypten can not provide translations
into 42 languages. We rely on a large i18n team here and perhaps
the KDE i18n team might help.
Ägypten can provide english, german, swedish and danish and
maybe two or three others. This probably could be extended if we make
a call to help with translations, but of course no one can promise
the 42 languages you have.
I'll keep an eye on this issue.
