The filters configuration dialog will kinda look and behave like the
existing mail filters dialog. I think having one dialog for each will not
confuse the user, but separate two things that dont belong together. Its
important though to make clear to the user that the pop filters are working
on the server side. I admit that its very easy to get confused by two sets
of filters. Maybe a good name for the thing will be self-explanatory.
Suggestinons out there?
