    Yes.  In fact I used the key ID, not any other identifier.  8B6E99C5, to 
be exact.

    I tried it without 0x prepended and with 0x prepended and it did not work 
in either case.

    Also for some reason every time I hit your message kmail hangs waiting 
for gpg.  I do believe this is listed elsewhere in the bug database, however.
