Exactly, and perhaps an extra textfield option with what keyserver to use.

I thought of placing the code in the kpgp library.

LDAP would be easy but since not very many keyservers provide this option
I say we should stick with using the HTTP way.

After thinking about it, it would be a but unneccesary with an kioslave. 
Easier to use the http kioslave and just parse the result.
